背景
- Rabbits were immunized with S-tag conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified using peptide conjugated with a different carrier. The antibodies were then conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Specification: Antibody activity was verified using peptide coupled with a different carrier. ELISA: 1:5,000 - 1:30,000.
