背景
- Rabbits were immunized with E-tag peptide (GAPVPYPDPLEPR) conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase and conjugated with HRP. Specification: Direct ELISA: Antibody specificity was verified against the peptide conjugated to BSA (E-tag- BSA).
