背景
- Neuropilin and tolloid -like 1 NETO1 is a Single-pass type I membrane protein, that consists of 533aa. It is expressed only in brain,highly expressed in the hippocampal CA3 region, olfactory . bulb and neocortex in the adult brain. It contains 1 LDL-receptor class A domain and 2 CUB domains. Neuropilin and tolloid -like 1 protein may play a role in the development and/or maintenance of neuronal circuitry.
