原理
- Anti-Type III Collagen Antibody

特异性
- CSI 007-01 is highly specific for type III collagen. It has been shown to have no cross-ractivity with type I and V collagens by ELISA and immunoblotting. There is no evidence for cross-reactivity with other connective tissue proteins (laminin, fibronectin, elastin). Epitope is located approximately 100nm from the N-terminal of the molecule.

- COL3A1, EDS4A, EDSVASC, PMGEDSV, collagen alpha-1(III) chain, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type IV, autosomal dominant, alpha-1 type III collagen, alpha1 (III) collagen, collagen, fetal, collagen, type III, alpha 1,Collagen type III occurs in most soft connective tissues along with type I collagen. Involved in regulation of cortical development. Is the major ligand of ADGRG1 in the developing brain and binding to ADGRG1 inhibits neuronal migration and activates the RhoA pathway by coupling ADGRG1 to GNA13 and possibly GNA12.,COL3A1,Type III collagen is present in the walls of arteries, intestines and the uterus, where it strenghtens the connective tissue. Patients with defects in the type III collagen (ex. Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) are at risk of rupture of major arteries or the intestine.
