Background: Putative protease Do-like 12 is a mitochondrial enzyme with serine-type endopeptidase avtivity (EC 3.4.21.-) involved in proteolysis. Localized to mitochondrial matrix. Alternative names: Degradation of Periplasmic Proteins 12.
Additional information: Preservative: 0.03 % Proclin 300. Preparation contains: 50 % Glycerol, 10 mM PBS, pH 7.4Reactivit of this antibody on endogenous material remains to be determined.
