背景
- TRBV3-,TCRBV9S1A1T,TRBV3-1,The JOVI.3 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the human variable beta 3 region of the T cell receptor for antigen (TCR Vβ3). The JOVI.3 antibody reportedly stains approximately 1-10 % of human CD3-positive peripheral blood lymphocytes including CD410+ or CD810+ T cells. The variation in human TCR Vβ3 expression correlates with allelic polymorphism in the spacer region of recombination signal sequence. The JOVI.3 antibody is mitogenic for peripheral blood T cells expressing TCR Vβ3.
