特异性
- This antibody recognizes the human cadherin 17. Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins. It is localized on the surfaces of epithelial cells in regions of cell-cell contact known as adherens junctions. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells, cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types.

应用备注
- The binding characterization and epitope mapping of this antibody was done using ELISA. This antibody was capable of binding Huh6 cell line (liver cancer) and AGS cells (gastric cancer) in flow cytometry. Cu64 labelled version of this antibody was also used in the PET imaging of AGS transplant mice (JP2017024991).
