背景
- Background: Cyclin K is a member of the cyclin family of regulatory proteins that associate with and activate cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) to regulate cell cycle progression. Cyclin K can function in transcription and interacts with CDK9 to form one of multiple nuclear complexes collectively referred to as positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb).
