IHC: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
IP: 5 - 15 μg/mg lysate
WB: Not recommended. ABIN7453529 has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of Importin 4 in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of Importin 4.

背景
- Background: Importin 4 mediates the nuclear import of RPS3A. In vitro, it mediates the nuclear import of human cytomegalovirus UL84 by recognizing a non-classical NLS. Additionally, along with importin 7, importin 4 has been shown to be involved in nuclear import of HIF-1alpha [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) ww.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q8TEX9].
