背景
- Background: Kinesin family member 18B (KIF18B) interacts with KIF2C. In a complex with KIF2C, KIF18B constitutes the major microtubule plus-end depolymerizing activity in mitotic cells. Its major role may be to transport KIF2C and/or MAPRE1 along microtubules [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) Q86Y91].
