背景
- Background: JPO2/RAM2 has been identified as a protein that inhibits the monoamine oxidase A (MAO A) promoter and interacts with Myc. In association with Myc, JPO2/RAM2 functions in Myc-mediated transformation of medulloblastoma cells. JPO2/RAM2 has also been identified as a target gene of the pRb and E2F pathway and has been linked to oncogenesis.
