背景
- Background: Paraspeckle protein 1 (PSP1), also known as paraspeckle component 1 (PSPC1) is localized to punctate subnuclear structures often located adjacent to splicing speckles, called paraspeckles. Colocalizes with NONO and SFPQ in paraspeckles and perinucleolar caps in a RNA-dependent manner [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) Q8WXF1].
