背景
- Background: Hematopoietic lineage cell-specific protein (HS1) is a substrate of the antigen receptor-coupled tyrosine kinase. HS1 plays a role in antigen receptor signaling for both clonal expansion and deletion in lymphoid cells. HS1 may also be involved in the regulation of gene expression [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) P14317].
