背景
- Background: Notchless protein homolog 1 (NLE1) plays a role in regulating Notch activity. It is involved in regulating the expression of CDKN1A and several members of the Wnt pathway, probably via its effects on Notch activity. NLE1 is required during embryogenesis for inner mass cell survival (By similarity) [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) Q9NVX2].
