Diseases associated with RRAS2 include Ovarian Cancer, Somatic and Teratocarcinoma. Among its related pathways are Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) and p70S6K Signaling. RRAS2 encodes a member of the R-Ras subfamily of Ras-like small GTPases. The encoded protein associates with the plasma membrane and may function as a signal transducer.
