背景
- ADP-ribosyltransferase diphtheria toxin-like 8, B aggressive lymphoma protein 2PARP14 encodes a member of the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) protein family. The encoded anti-apoptotic protein may regulate aerobic glycolysis and promote survival of cancer cells. Increased expression of PARP14 has been reported in a variety of tumor types.
