- Ribosomal oxygenase 2, 60S ribosomal protein L27a histidine hydroxylase, Bifunctional lysine-specific demethylase and histidyl-hydroxylase MINA, Histone lysine demethylase MINA, MYC-induced nuclear antigen, Mineral dust-induced gene protein, Nucleolar protein 52, Ribosomal oxygenase MINA, ROXMINA is a c-Myc (MYC, MIM 190080) target gene that may play a role in cell proliferation or regulation of cell growth. RIOX2 (Ribosomal Oxygenase 2) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with RIOX2 include Lung Cancer. Among its related pathways are Chromatin organization and Activated PKN1 stimulates transcription of AR (androgen receptor) regulated genes KLK2 and KLK3. An important paralog of this gene is RIOX1.
