Background: Dual specificity protein kinase activity catalyzing autophosphorylation and phosphorylation of exogenous substrates on both serine/threonine and tyrosine residues. Phosphorylates cofilin at \\\'Ser-3\\\'. May play an important role in spermatogenesis.
