- This antibody has been used in ELISA analysis to detect human IL-9 in allergen-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cell supernatants (Jenmalm et al, 2001) and differentiated human T helper cell supernatants (Chang et al, 2010). This antibody, when fluorochrome-conjugated, has also been used to achieve intracellular IL-9 staining, analysed using flow cytometry (Chang et al, 2010, Beriou et al, 2010, Lozano et al, 2013).
