- MT24 is specific for mouse immunoglobulin kappa (κ) light chain and JC5-1 is specific for mouse immunoglobulin lambda (λ) light chain. Kappa chains generally represent more than 90% of mouse Ig light chains. There is no cross-reactivity (<0.1%) with Ig from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, sheep, horse and human.
