Approved: ELISA, Flo (1:25 - 1:50), IHC, IHC-Fr, IP
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Note: Acetone fixation is recommended for IHC. The antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde. Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50. Use 20 μL of the optimal dilution to label 1 x106 in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.
Not recommended for: IHC-P -
