    Approved: IHC, IHC-P (0.2 - 0.4 μg/mL)

    Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 0.2-0.4 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Anterior pituitary.
