The antibody has been tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis and by Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application vary, however, each investigation should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results. * Note: this product is routinely tested on peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) or natural killer(NK) cells. The histogram is an example of the flow cytometric analyses.
