Flow Cytometry: 3-10 μg/mL per 10^6 cells with an appropriate secondary antibody for indirect immunofluorescence staining of cells by flow cytometry. ELISA: 0.1-0.4 μg/mL. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
