Western Blot: Approx 48 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 48.2 kDa according to NP_063947.1 and of 47.6 kDa according to NP_001077416.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
