特异性

This antibody detects endogenous level of Ezrin only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 353.

纯化方法

Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide.

Ezrin (Phospho-Tyr353) antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of tyrosine 353 (Q-D-Y (p) -E-E) derived from Human EZRIN.
