背景
RuvB-like 1 belongs to the family of AAA+ ATPases that associate with chromatin-remodelling complexes and have important roles in transcriptional regulation, the DNA damage response, telomerase activity and cellular transformation. It plays important roles in essential signaling pathways such as the c-Myc and Wnt pathways in chromatin remodeling, transcriptional and developmental regulation, and DNA repair and apoptosis.
