Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/4000. Western blot: 0.05-0.2 μg/mL. This antibody detects a band of approx. 22 kDa in Human Liverlysates (calculated MW of 21.2 kDa according to NP_060755.1).

- IMP3 (Insulin like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 3) is an RNA binding protein which binds to the 5'-UTR of the insulin like growth factor 2 (IGF2) mRNAs and to sequences in the 3'-UTR of CD44 mRNA.
