Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/2000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 75 kDa band observed in Human Kidney, and Heart lysates(calculated MW of 88.5 kDa according to NP_004728.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
