Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC (0.5 - 5 μg/mL), Neut (0.3 - 1.5 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in neutralization of bioactivity, ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Neutralization: 0.3-1.5 μg/mL in the presence of 0.04 μg/mL of rhMIP-1b, using the BaF/3 hCCR5 transfected cell chemotaxis assay. In chemotaxis assays, this antibody will neutralize the biological activity of human MIP-1b and mouse MIP-1b at a 25-fold higher IgG concentration. Will not neutralize the biological activity of mouse MIP1b. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human MIP-1b. The detection limit is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. The detection limit is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 0.5-5 μg/mL in cultured cells or tissue. sections. -
