Usage: Suitable for use in the inhibition of attachment of HT29 cells to vitronectin, Inhibition of attachment of carcinoma and melanoma cells to vitronectin, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Inhibition of attachment of HT29 cells to vitronectin: >1:1000. Immunocytochemistry (acetone fixed only): 1:1500. For use on human carcinomas, normal epithelium and keratinocytes. Immunohistochemistry: Acetone or paraformaldehyde fixed tissues. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
