Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Kinase assays. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 μg/mL of this lot detected Mps1 in HeLa total cell extract. Kinase Assay: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate Mps1 from HeLa total cell extract. The immunoprecipitates were then used in a radioactive kinase assay. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to show positive immunostaining for Mps1 in U2OS or HeLa cells permeabilized with 0.5 % Triton-X-100 and fixed with methanol or paraformaldehyde.
