Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 100 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum),Kidney and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 99.0 kDa according to NP_976328.2).
