Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Approx 35 kDa band observedin lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 33.5 kDa according to NP_004359.1).

背景
- The protein encoded by this gene, which can bind actin, calmodulin, troponin C, and tropomyosin, may function in the structural organization of actin filaments. The encoded protein could play a role in smooth muscle contraction and cell adhesion. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.Synonyms: CNN2, Calponin H2, Neutral calponin
