Peptide ELISA: limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in Human Bone Marrow andPlacenta lysates (calculated MW of 58.0 kDa according to NP_000503.1).

- GALNS (N-acetylgalactosamine-6-sulfatase) is a lysosomal exohydrolase which catalyzes the hydrolysis of the 6-sulfate groups of the N-acetyl-D-galactosamine 6-sulfate units of chondroitin sulfate and of the D-galactose 6-sulfate units of keratan sulfate.
