Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: Approx 90 kDa band observed in Human Brain and Testis lysates (predictedMW of 90 kDa according to NP_060676.2). Recommended concentration: 1 - 3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Testis, shows positive staining inLeydig cells, and cytoplasmic staining (dot-like) of some epithelial cells of the epididymisand of the rete testis.
