Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 2-4 μg/mL. Approx 80 kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates and intransfected HEK293 transiently expressing ARHGEF4 (calculated MW of 79.0 kDa accordingto NP_056135.2 and 76.0 kDa according to 127462.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

背景
- ARHGEF4 may form complexes with G proteins and stimulate Rho-dependent signals, and is similar to rat collybistin protein. Rho GTPases play a fundamental role in numerous cellular processes, which are initiated by extracellular stimuli that work through G protein coupled receptors. Alternative splicing of this gene generates two transcript variants which encode different isoforms.Synonyms: APC-stimulated guanine nucleotide exchange factor, ASEF, KIAA1112, Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 4
