Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western Blot: 0.05-0.2 μg/mL. Approx 12 kDa band observed in lysates of T-cell line Jurkat(calculated MW of 9.2 kDa according to NP_001021.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
