Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 75 kDa band observed inheart and kidney lysates from mouse and rat (calculated MW of 68.5 kDa according tomouse NP_775599.1).
Other applications not tested.
