纯化方法

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific immunogen. Specificity/Sensitivity Ezrin (Ab-567) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Ezrin protein.

Peptide sequence around AA 565-569 (Y-K-T-L-R) derived from Human Ezrin. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic peptide and KLH conjugates.
