SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane, Single-pass type IV membrane protein. Intracytoplasmic membrane, Single-pass type IV membrane protein. Note: Present in the plasma membrane and in intracellular vesicles. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Ubiquitous. Isoform 1 predominates.
