- Recognizes Cyanine. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-sheep serum and cyanine conjugated IgG. Reactivity was observed against Cy2, Cy3 and Cy5. Reactivity with other cyanine analogs is unknown.
