Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 2 μg/mL was sufficient for detection of phosphorylation signal in Western Blot analysis using human MMRU cells treated with 0.1 uM okadaic acid. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
