Usage: ELISA may be performed in 1:2000 dilution range depending on the concentration of the test ligand and specificity and sensitivity of the secondary reagents. Western ELISA may be performed in 10-100pg p66 range with 1:500 dilution of the conjugate. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
