Immunohistochemistry: Frozen section of Rat Brain (Striatum) shows staining of dense enkephalinergic axon plexus. Frozen section of the Mouse Brain (Stria terminalis) shows staining of a dense enkephalinergic fibre network in the bed nucleus. Recommended
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 40 kDa band in Rat Brain lysates after 0.2 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 30.8 kDa
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
