    Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (10 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

    Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 10 μg/mL use 10 μL to label 1 x106. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL detection limit for rhDC-SCRIPT is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL detection limit for rhDC-SCRIPT is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
