Usage: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry, Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL use 10 μL to label 1 x10⁶. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL detection limit for rmEndomucin ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL detection limit for rmEndomucin ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL.
