Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL detection limit for rmIntegrin A8 ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
