Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot:: 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human THOP1. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhTHOP1 is approximately 50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: 25 μg/mL to immunoprecipitate rhTHOP1 from conditioned cell culture medium. Under similar conditions, this antibody did not immunoprecipitate rhNeurolysin. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human THOP-1. The detection limit for rhTHOP-1 is approximately 3 ng/well. -
