- This antibody is specific for CD94, also known as KLRD1 (Killer cell lectin-like receptor, subfamily D, member 1). Clone DX22 is reported to inhibit the binding of CD94 to HLA-E(2) and HLA-G(4). We recommend the use of AM05552AF-N for functional studies.

背景
- CD94 is expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of T lymphocytes.
